Weaving Method

　

We use different methods in manufacturing of various wire mesh products.

Brass wire mesh (cloth): There are four kinds of weaving methods for manufacturing brass wire mesh:

  • Plain Weave
  • Twill Weave
  • Dutch Plain Weave
  • Dutch Twill Weave.

Hexagonal Wire Mesh: There are four kinds of processes for manufacturing hexagonal wire mesh:

  • Galvanized Hexagonal Iron Wire Mesh, Straight Twisted

  • Plastic-Coated Hexagonal Wire Mesh, Straight Twisted

  • Galvanized Hexagonal Wire Mesh with Wire Reinforcement, Reverse Twisted

  • Galvanized Hexagonal Wire Mesh, Reverse Twisted

Welded Wire Mesh: There are two ways of manufacturing welded wire mesh:
  • Welded before Gal.
